My past roles at Gateway have included Systems & Servers, Network Infrastructure, Security, and Helpdesk Management. REO Advantage

REO Advantage is an exclusive, patented, real estate portal for investors and banks to connect.

The REO platform enabled banks to make bank-owned properties available to specific, pre-qualified groups of investors. Each bank had its own set of qualifications, and an investor was qualified for each bank separately, but an investor's purchasing capacity was managed across the entire platform, to protect investors and banks from over-commitment.
